We will start the conversation about what your goals are and how we will get there.
The first step to any home-buying process is getting pre-approved. Your lender will help you figure out a comfortable monthly payment for your new property.
Once we have outlined your goals and needs, we will begin our search. I will use my knowledge of the market and networking connections to pull the best listings I can for you.
When we find the home you love, we will develop a strategy using my years of experience to put that home under contract. I will explain the offer process each step of the way, so you know what to expect and when.
Before closing day we will make sure the home is ready for you to take possession making sure all needed repairs are completed and you know what items are needed from you at the closing table!
